1 (U) something someone says that you think is completely wrong or untrue: Jane doesn't really think we believe all that crap, does she? | be full of crap (=often say things that are untrue or completely wrong): We all knew Mark was full of crap, but we still had to listen to him. | cut the crap (=used to tell someone to stop saying things that are completely wrong or untrue)
2 be a load of crap also be a bunch of crap AmE to be very bad, or completely untrue: That new comedy last night was a load of crap, I thought.
3 (U) things that are useless or unimportant: What is all this crap doing on my desk?
4 (singular) solid waste that is passed from your bowels: have/take a crap (=to pass solid waste from the bowels)
5 not take crap from someone to refuse to allow someone to treat you badly or to say something unfair to you: I don't have to take that crap from her - I'm leaving!
6 I don't need this (kind of) crap used when you are angry at the way someone is talking or behaving to you
7 craps (plural) AmE a game played for money in the US, using two dice 1 (1): shoot craps (=play this game)
2 adjective slang of very bad quality: Everyone knows those cars are crap! 3 verb crapped, crapping (I) spoken taboo to pass waste matter from the bowels
